While you’re on vacation in Miami you may have some time to venture away from the relax beach scene and visit places like museums, malls, or in this case zoos. Zoo Miami is a great stop when with children or with a group of friends that want to do something different from the typical beach vacation rituals.

Some of the interesting things you can experience, at the once called Miami Metrozoo, is a camel ride, the exploration of numerous types of insects, and the possibility to see more than 2,000 animals and more than a thousand different types of plants. It is a little jungle in Miami that takes great care of their guests and wants to share the knowledge of each species with us.

There are plenty of choices when it comes to Tokyo hotels. You can find luxury hotels in Tokyo, budget Tokyo hotels and more. The most important thing you should keep in mind is to find something pretty central or at least well connected. Make sure you check the distances from your Tokyo hotel to the attractions you are most interested in visiting. These tips are pretty common for the frequent traveler, but helpful for the newbie ones. In addition to information gathering you should know that hotels, shops and sites pretty much stay open year around, but there is a possibility of some closing for the New Year’s holiday. Keep this in mind and double check when you’re getting ready to book. The last suggestion when it comes to hotels in Tokyo is on how to save. The most expensive prices are in the summer months, New Year’s and the Golden Week. Less expensive, but still not the cheapest are in spring and autumn due to the cherry blossom and fall foliage traveler. If you can avoid these travelling dates you will definitely find the best Tokyo hotel

Lisbon is one of the most amazing cities one could visit. Natural beauty and history make it a combination of cultural and breathtaking experiences. One of the first things you need to see when going to this magical place is the Lisbon Oceanrium. It is the second biggest aquarium in the world. It holds a wide variety of marine life.

The second site you want to catch is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site and that is the Tower of Belem in Lisbon’s old part of town, Alfama.

From here you will also visit the Sao Jorge Castle and the Jeronimos Monastery. Another couple Lisbon stops include the Sé de Lisboa, the Calaouste Gulbenkian Museum, and the Bairro Alto. They are all historically and artistically appealing.

Lisbon is great for water sports and horseback riding.

There are some great beaches and landscapes for water sports and horse riding. If you want to surf, sail, windsurf and more you should head towards Guincho. Guincho is the best beach for windsurfing and surfing.

Another two beaches that are just as good for water sports are Cascais and Costa da Caparica. The latter is a golden sandy shoreline long 15 km. For horseback riding your best choice is to go to Lisbon’s countryside, like Costa do Estoril.

In Costa do Estoril you will find the Cascais-Sintra Natural Park, which is the best place you could go to with family or friends to do some horseback riding. You can get horses to go riding at the Quinta da Mainha Riding School in Cascais. After a day of activities like these you can venture out into downtown Lisbon and enjoy a local meal to complete your Lisbon experience.

Many people come to Cape Town to see the breathtaking peninsula with its panoramic views and areas. They also come to Cape Town for the beaches and whale watching tours. Another reason for its popularity are the wineries.

When you visit the different areas of Cape Town you will find that each is individual and unlike the other. The West Coast is known for its flowers and icy Atlantic surf. It is also renowned for its delicious seafood. Here travelers visit the West Coast National Park where flowers and nature are preserved. There are villages like Darling where you can also taste wine and local food.

Another reason for visiting is Cape town’s winelands where you get to see vineyards and wine cellars as well as taste wine and maybe even buy some. Another area that is highly requested among tourists is the Whale Coast and Overberg. Once again, Cape Town’s astonishing colors and vegetation never cease to astonish and during whale season tourists can admire another one of nature’s beauties in this amazing destination.
